The MadisonSRC Solution

Founders
Dr. Saz Madison
Dr. Saz Madison is the founder of MadisonSRC (MSRC), an enterprise level police and public safety assessment company that bolsters pre-employment, fitness-for-duty, and promotions evaluations with data science and machine learning models. Saz also owns Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc. (FPA), the only black-owned police and public safety assessment company in the Midwest. FPA serves approximately 60 agencies in Missouri and Kansas. It was here that Saz first began gathering the pre-employment, fitness-for-duty, and promotions data that would become the basis of the MSRC platform.
Saz has been involved with assessment of police and public safety for over 20 years at the municipal, county, state, and federal levels. Prior, he was a tenured professor at Rockhurst University. There, his love of research led to him beginning to develop the Measure of Multicultural Competency, which proved to be an early indicator of his future forays into the use of scientifically sound, responsible, and culturally conscious measures to positively increase the relationships between public safety officers and the community.
Nathan Constantinescu
From film & TV at Sony Pictures to video games at Activision and, currently, Riot Games, Nathan Constantinescu has in-depth experience in strategic sourcing. Before his life in entertainment, Nathan built relationships and brokered deals for a variety of products and industries ranging from binoculars and rifle scopes to metals and plastics, from electrical and mechanical components to large scale industrial cooling tower equipment. His passion for understanding and being a part of the solution to society’s current problems has led him to MadisonSRC, where his experience in sourcing, strategy, and relationship building has become an integral part of our growth.
